Access to digital products, courses, communities, or paid materials may be provided through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Substack, Kit, Stripe, Course Creator 360, ThriveCart, Hello Audio, Alitu, Google Drive, Canva, or other tools.
The Company is not responsible for technical issues caused by third-party platforms, payment processors, email providers, internet service providers, software updates, browser settings, device issues, or platform outages.
Due to the digital nature of the products, courses, paid content, templates, downloads, subscriptions, and educational materials offered by the Company, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing on the specific sales page at the time of purchase.
No refunds will be provided for:
If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased product, your sole remedy is replacement access, alternate delivery of the materials, or a refund at the Company's sole discretion.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, membership, or paid content plan, you authorize the Company or its third-party payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the terms shown at checkout.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue. The Company does not provide refunds for subscription payments that have already been processed unless explicitly required by law.
If your purchase includes live calls, group sessions, coaching calls, office hours, or other scheduled time with the Company, you are responsible for booking and attending those sessions within the stated timeframe.
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a call, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice by emailing tracy@tracyfree.com with the subject line:

If you do not attend your call or fail to reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, you forfeit that call.
The Company reserves the right to set expiration dates for unused calls, bonuses, Voxer/WhatsApp access, private support, or other service-based components of a program.
If your purchase includes access to a community, comment section, group, live call, private discussion space, or similar environment, you agree to participate respectfully.
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant, comment, post, account, or content that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be disruptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, spammy, promotional, or otherwise inappropriate.
Removal from a community, program, or platform due to violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.
If you submit comments, suggestions, testimonials, feedback, ideas, examples, questions, or other materials to the Company, you grant the Company permission to use that feedback for business, educational, promotional, or improvement purposes.
The Company will not publicly share confidential personal information without permission, but you understand that general feedback, testimonials, comments, or non-confidential suggestions may be used by the Company without compensation.
Testimonials, student examples, case studies, screenshots, subscriber numbers, income examples, audience growth examples, or other results shared by the Company are illustrative only.
